Alison is a skilled communicator who has created and delivered high impact, multimedia training materials, identifying and closing gaps to create effective teams through improved performance and delivering a greater understanding and cross training of various roles within businesses large and small.

Michelle Fogarty

Senior Partner at Eskil and a director of Spark Global Business in the UK, Michelle is highly skilled in the building and management of associate networks; design and delivery of workshops; verification of workshops delivered; design, build and delivery of modern leadership development programmes.

Michelle is particularly interested in organisations looking for new ways to deliver against their corporate objectives. She is a Reiki Master and a supporter of Women In Business.

Neil Fogarty

Neil is the Managing Director of Spark Global Business in the UK. He has served as a Business Director or Managing Director since 1996, working with central government and local government organizations as well as multi-national corporations and small-medium size businesses.

He has set up, grown, acquired, turned around and divested numerous businesses as well as partnered with companies in India and Turkey. As founder of Mosaic Associates, he opened offices in London, Cape Town and Amsterdam and has many success stories.

Neil has written books on employee engagement, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. He is also a blogger for Virgin Group, an investor, adviser and mentor to various businesses. Neil’s work has included.setting up a business services company in 3 countries before selling to management; design, build and delivery of workshops in Europe, Middle East, and Africa; sales effectiveness consultant and advisor; performance coach and sales mentor; Audit & Review of entrepreneur and intrapreneur ecosystems.

Emmanuel Folokan

Barbados resident Emmanuel is a specialist in tax preparation, tax compliance and personal financial advice. He also holds an international diploma in travel & tourism from the University of Cambridge.

Emmanuel’s skills base include analysis and problem solving; highly organised; demonstrable leadership qualities; project management; communications; goal oriented; team oriented.

Michelle Hinkson

Barbadian resident who has experienced working in Barbados and the UK in both private and public sectors. Michelle is an information and communications specialist and in Barbados has excelled in food, automotive and tourism sectors.

Michelle displays and teaches exceptional levels of customer service and is competent in English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian and German.

Akil Ifill

The youngest member of the SGBC Team, Akil has the responsibility for producing the participants that will make this programme successful to all parties. His content management skills will be a major asset to SGBC.

Akil earned a Masters in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Management at Cave Hill School of Business. He followed that by carrying out administrative duties at CHSB which has prepared him for the challenges he will face as SGBC grows in size.

Akil is a self-motivated, highly numerate marketer with substantial knowledge of effective use of social media, integrated marketing communications, etc.
